Prompt engineering has become an important topic with the rise of artificial intelligence and large language models. It refers to the skill of designing effective prompts or instructions that help AI systems generate accurate, relevant, and useful responses. However, there is ongoing debate about whether prompt engineering is a long-term professional skill or just a temporary workaround.
On one hand, prompt engineering can be considered a real and valuable skill. Writing clear and well-structured prompts requires an understanding of how AI models interpret language, context, and instructions. Professionals who know how to guide AI systems effectively can produce better results for tasks such as content generation, coding assistance, data analysis, and customer support. Many companies currently look for people who understand how to interact with AI tools efficiently, making prompt engineering an important capability in AI-driven workplaces.
On the other hand, some experts believe prompt engineering may be temporary. As AI models become more advanced, they may require fewer carefully designed prompts. Future systems may understand natural language more easily and perform tasks without the need for specialized prompting techniques. If this happens, the need for dedicated prompt engineers may decrease over time.

Remote work has become one of the biggest changes in the modern workplace. It offers flexibility and convenience, but it also raises questions about its impact on team culture and employee well-being.
On one hand, remote work greatly improves work-life balance. Employees can save time by avoiding long commutes and can better manage their personal and professional responsibilities. This flexibility often leads to reduced stress, increased productivity, and higher job satisfaction. Workers can create comfortable work environments at home and schedule tasks more efficiently, which helps them maintain a healthier lifestyle.
However, remote work can also affect team culture. This can sometimes lead to weaker relationships among team members and a feeling of isolation. New employees may also find it harder to integrate into the team without face-to-face interaction.
Despite these challenges, many organizations are finding ways to balance both sides by adopting hybrid work models. Regular virtual meetings, team-building activities, and occasional office days help maintain collaboration while still allowing employees to enjoy flexibility.

I am proud to be a participant in the EdJAMON NextGen Web Hackathon – 30 Websites in 3 Hours Challenge. This event presents an exciting opportunity to test our technical knowledge, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced development environment. Building 30 functional websites within just three hours is both challenging and inspiring, and it truly reflects real-world scenarios where efficiency and collaboration are essential.

As a member of my team, I look forward to contributing my skills, dividing tasks effectively, and ensuring we deliver clean, responsive, and user-friendly websites across different themes. This challenge is not just about speed, but also about smart planning, problem-solving, and maintaining quality under pressure. I am confident that this experience will strengthen our technical abilities, improve coordination, and enhance our confidence in handling strict deadlines. Many major companies such as Google, Apple, and Tesla have shown that a formal degree is not always mandatory for technical roles. Instead, they focus on practical experience, project portfolios, coding ability, and problem-solving skills. In areas like web development, AI, cybersecurity, and data science, employers often prioritize hands-on experience, internships, certifications, and strong technical interviews over theoretical knowledge. Therefore, in the tech industry, what you can demonstrate and build often matters more than the degree you hold.

Cinema personalities entering politics have played a significant role in shaping the political landscape of Tamil Nadu, where cinema and public life are deeply interconnected. Legendary figures like M. G. Ramachandran and J. Jayalalithaa successfully transformed their massive fan following into strong political support, proving that screen popularity can translate into electoral success. Their on-screen image as protectors of justice and champions of the common people helped build trust among voters. However, while celebrity status helps attract attention and mobilize crowds, voters increasingly expect real leadership qualities such as administrative skills, transparency, development-focused policies, and commitment to public welfare. Thus, the entry of cinema personalities into politics in Tamil Nadu highlights both the power of influence and the growing demand for accountable and effective governance.

Developing market awareness is especially important for startups and young entrepreneurs who are entering competitive industries. By offering drag-and-drop tools, visual workflows, and ready-made components, these platforms significantly shorten development time, reduce expenses, and make app building accessible to individuals without technical backgrounds.

Although some developers are concerned that these tools could replace traditional coding roles, many specialists argue the opposite. Rather than removing the need for developers, low-code solutions shift their focus toward more advanced responsibilities such as designing system architecture, ensuring security, managing integrations, and solving complex technical challenges.

In this way, low-code and no-code technologies are not replacing conventional development. Instead, they are reshaping it by increasing efficiency, encouraging collaboration, and making software creation more accessible to a broader range of people.
